playing at a game
The spirit felt uneasy, the new changes to his own body and the war left him feeling almost like a shell. Daenerys found her peace hopefully, the Kingslayer was slain by her doing. She, and the rest of the Dracarae army were successful. Yet he felt he was not at ease, the wars were never won so easily. There was always another battle. This time his battle was within, he knew his sister was likely still held captive and yet there was no sign of her. She was not of the bodies discarded from the dead, and he could have sworn he got a glimps of her firey red locks fleeing the battle.
He missed his family, wanting desperately to find himself again. Nymeria was still nowhere to be found either, and he knew of his brothers deaths. His mother and father gone as well. He wanted so badly to be around Stark blood again, and yet the only one who likely understood that was Daenerys. His heart felt as if it was on fire whenever he thought of her. He had followed her into war, into fire. They would burn together for all eternity if it were up to him. His heart would eternally be set ablaze, yet he hardly even knew how to talk to her. He felt desperate to cling to any affection he showed her.
His ghostly form blended in to the area as he had just ventured towards the borders on foot. His mind heavy on what to say to Daenerys, yet he also was ready to go find Sansa. He had little doubt Balerion would deny his sister, so long as she didn't speak of her captors in his presence. She would be safe here, and he would have his sister again. Yet, as his paws hit the end of the cold stone that was Drekistones border, he heard Daenerys call for him. He gave a soft sigh, looking out South, before turning to run back to the black dragoness he had come to adore.
As he came to cliff side, water rushing over the edges and down that clouded the loud thoughts in his head. His icy gaze stayed only on Daenerys, his face showing little as usual. "Daenerys," He said softly, with a nod his head. "I . . . " He gave a soft, breathy sigh, before a light chuckle. "I'm sorry, I've been trying to find the words." He said, a smile pulling at his lips as he moved a little closer to her. "I had hoped to speak with you this before we plunged into war. But I think I'm falling for you, Daenerys. Falling madly in love with you. I know I am just a Stark, hardly, but . . ." He spoke, his icy eyes looking to peer into her mismatched own. "Would you do me the honor, Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, of being my wife?" He asked her, bowing his head.
