CUT ME UP, TASTE MY MISERY
The Demon had grown so fond of the children he shared with Kelsea, though he could only imagine how strange it would be with his children with Daneliya. Surely they understood, but what would they call Kelsea? She was technically their half sister, and his children were their nieces, nephews and yet brothers and sisters. It was confusing enough as he thought on it, but he didn't want to ruin it with the thought of Daneliya. He was happy, she was gone. That was all there was to it. He was still angered by the thought of her, three fathers she had made, and yet none could she keep around. When she birthed his and Bristows children, he gave her the option to leave him his kin and stay with theirs. She refused, and instead left him two of the three children they had together. She took Derevko, likely brainwashed her to hate him. The only thing that made him feel sane was that Kelsea understood and accepted him despite all this. She too knew of her mothers . . . Habits.
Together they had beautiful children, born of his demonic features and her angelic ones. Truly he adored her, every flaw she saw in herself, he found beauty in. She was his true soulmate. And no matter what he would be there for her and their family they created. His sisters call demanded him from his den, and he knew his mate would meet him there. He hurried to the meeting area, finding new scents nearby that smelled a lot like Tarben. Did they have intruders? His hackles rose as he slowed to a walk, entering the area with caution.
Lucifer waltzed in shortly after, sitting next to his father with a solemn face. He hoped mother would show, she had yet to meet her grandchildren by him and Kelsea. Surely she would love them. His crimson eyes looked to his sister as he waited for the meeting to begin, and for his sister to speak on why she was summoning them all here tonight.
Walk, "Talk", Think.
