A wince showed on his face, lip curling slightly. F u c k, that really hurt. His body tensed in pain again, as his emeralds focused on his back paw which seemed twisted out of place. Of course, he had just landed wrong and managed to snap the bone. Why the hell was there a hole here? What was the point? All of a sudden, the perfume of a female drifted into his nares, and his ears perked up. High alert, unsure of if this was a friend or a foe. That’s when he caught the sight of a white brindled beauty, hot pink orbs staring him down. He lowered his ears to his head, narrowing his deep emeralds as he attempted to hide his injured paw behind his other back limb. This was unsteadying, testing his balance, but Kalon wasn’t sure who this lady was. “Well it's not everyday a tall, dark, and handsome man falls on my doorstep. What are those things you're saying, I do not understand." Was she talking about his native language? Of course, he understood her language well. He may have grown up in a different home, may speak a different language, but he can try his best to talk to her. "You fall from the sky, and into the grace of a Goddess." a smirk laced her lips as she began to circle him, suddenly feeling intoxicated by her scent. Kalon could feel his heart racing, but he swallowed that down and instead allowed himself to look forward, keeping alert of her in his peripheral vision. "My name is Hecate, you appear, injured are you not?" Kalon shifted his shoulders rolling them back and feeling the fur bristle around his back. Flashback to the last time he’d been injured insued. He’d just been fighting some random for the first time, after apparently Kalon overstepped in the pack border. He hadn’t known, he was still traveling and hadn’t known about the packs residing there. It had left him even more scarred, and with a few broken ribs. Kalon hadn’t let them heal properly, and it still caused him pain. Focused on trying to ignore the pain from his paw, the brute decided to sit down a little ways away from the lady.
