Boiko heeded his father’s call, panting, dashing for the new pack grounds. He had news for his father. He needed to get there. And not get killed. Boiko stopped when he saw Beartooth and an unfamiliar wolf. But then he caught sight of a wolf, that he had not seen in a long time. He caught his breath. Skadi. His sister sat tall, not even noticing him. Father! Boiko cried. He barreled on, not waiting for Beartooth to recognize him. I’m sorry we left; you must be so mad. We didn’t know where to find you until I heard your call! I’ll tell you everything-but first . . . Nadia. We can’t find her! He caught his breath, then continued on. Mom didn’t want to leave, but we were kind of forced out . . . it was a weird thing . . . We wanted to take you, Skadi, but we couldn’t find you! We had no idea where you were.
i hope that the traffic, lights, don’t, change
