The man took a few steps out, before following after the man that had freed him. Next to him, a female walked in tow.. was she kidnapped by this man or did she come willingly? She certainly looked like one of Lucaya’s bloodline.. Weird. They had traveled for a while before reaching a new territory. It smelled of the brute. “Here is good.” He stopped before looking at the femme. "You, what is your relationship to the crown." he asked her bluntly. So this woman was a decendent of the crown in Hawthorne. Royalty. He’d kidnapped her. The mans rubies lit up slightly at this, raising in eyebrow a bit. "And what do they call you? I won't hurt you, only if you stay and do as you're told." Ah, he liked this character already. He liked the way that he conducted himself. He was definitely in charge around here. "You are Phobus, are you not? The man who soiled a woman on her wedding night to lay claim to her forever." Phobus locked eyes with the man. Had his deed really reached these lands? A bit of pride pooled through his system as the man gave a chuckle. "Do not think I'm coming down on you, rather I think the very presence of you here is one that will cripple our common interests. I want Hawthorne to bring me my brothers, and if they instead march with Amberbjorne and Dawnshire . . .Well, I think seeing your familiar face will do the trick of catching them off-guard and sending them into a panicked frenzy. They'll be too panicked to focus on combat, too sloppy." That was a fair assumption. They’d be shocked to see him out of the cave. Out, freedom.. He could lay claim on some other bitch around here. "Not to mention, you and I seem to have a lot in common." He nodded his cranium, glancing quickly at the female before back at the man in front of him. "I am Beartooth, father of many, husband to Soraya, and Dane King of these lands." Phobus paused, the name Soraya ringing a bell in his ears.. Soraya.. that name sounded so familiar. Then it hit him. He’d had a one night stand with that bitch. She was cold to him after, even after he told her he wanted to see her again. She was standoffish, brutal. She didn’t want to see him again. She’d broken his pride a bit, and ever since then he’d pushed her out of his mind. The fact that she was married to this man, who was a hell of a lot like Phobus, baffled him."In these lands, you are able to claim any woman you wish to have - Except of course my wife, and my ex wife. My ex wife is in a cage, and you can do with her what you will. If a female has been claimed and you still want her, you must fight for her to get her. You may have as many women as you want. Display your dominance. We allow murder, should it not be senseless." The man took a second to take it all in. He’d like these lands.. any woman he wanted? They couldn’t even say no? How could he resist? Beartooth had literally taken him from Hell to Paradise in the matter of a night. "I can trust him. I cannot trust you, not yet. I'm smarter than that. You will be allowed to roam Tarben and Tarben only, but you must have Wendigo in your company. I will summon him to you once we get further inland." The King looked at the lass, explaining her rules to follow. "Phobus, I think you'll like it here. Young lass, I hope that you like it here. I'm not heartless, and I will not harm you. But I will not allow your escape either. I want my brothers back here for their crimes, and you are the key to that since Lucaya has not yet turned them over." Phobus wasn’t a pawn in this. He was simply a prisoner, most likely now with a bounty on his head. But in Tarben.. he’d be safe. If war were to come, he’d fight for Beartooth. The man had saved his skin.
