The white wolf was one of the last to enter for the meeting after hearing Athena’s urgen call, and he gracefully sat on the opposite side of Soliel. He tapped her softly with one of his ten tails, as a way of silently saying hello. He’d have to let her sunbathe in his light again – she was beautiful even without it, but there was a certain radiance that exuded from the lass when she got to sunbathe. Surely, it was what the Zeta needed, especially after watching all these children during the war. His emerald eyes watched as Icarus whipped his head to face Athena, without acknowledging the white male’s presence. How childish. He turned his own head to Athena, who then began to speak about Hecate, Cato, and Kalon’s exit to Nightingale and them overtaking Irina, who then supposedly caused the rumbling of thunder. Just like Soliel, he remained unaffected by the storms. Then, Athena moved on to talk about how she would patrol to Nightingale and Tarben tonight to cut alliances, which he widened his eyes at. That…was not a smart idea. If Sindri had stayed neutral from the start, it was nothing. However, once allies are made, it is dangerous to break them. She continued, talking about rank changes – nothing changed for the red accented male. It was then Soliel had hopped into conversation, questioning Athena’s decision. She was smart, and vocalized likely many other wolves thoughts. Athena retorted, making an argument for the necessity of Sindri to become neutral. But the fiery girl Soliel was not done. She questioned then how were we involved in the first place. Athena’s child also chirped in, siding with Soliel. The newly assigned beta then spoke, almost demeaningly while siding with Athena. And once more, Soliel spoke about the pups of Athena’s…who looked nothing like anyone else in the pack. Shiranui had not really paid attention to it until now. Shiranui noticed Icarus scoot closer to Soliel in order to comfort her as he made his own statement. ”Athena…What have we gotten tied into? It seems as if there’s so much more going on here that you have not informed us about. We are your members – it’s only right that we are understanding of Sindri’s affairs.” Shiranui stepped forward, making his own say at this point. ”Athena – while I understand why you want to separate from Nightingale and Tarben, so we could become neutral…it may not be the best idea. They could very well retaliate against us after you break the ties. We could be eliminated as a result of such behaviors. I am referring to Tarben’s reputation moreso. They are filled with warriors and could easily overtake us if they react negatively to the breaking of the alliance, which, many of us do not understand how we got roped into it all. Furthermore, who is to say that we would get back up from Hawthorne, Amberjorne, or Dawnshire? We were fighting against them in the war, after all. We killed some of their members. Callie took out the father of Hawthorne’s queen. That leaves them out. It would be wonderful for you to explain the terms of our alliance to Tarben, and if I had to take a guess…it has to do with your new children…doesn’t it?” His emerald eyes shifted to the children, one of which he noticed shuffled away. Rather than bringing attention to that pup, Vryko, Shiranui tried to keep eye contact with Athena. These children, although they were involuntarily involved in this mess, they did not need to actively be involved in settling it. Or, at least he hoped. Actions & Words.
