ICARUS, I'LL TOUCH THE SUN
The Sun Goddess was not familiar with the home she held after the war. She was out of touch, everyone seemed to be. Sindri was almost always as dead as their fallen flame Queen. The old Delta, Swallowtail had challenged the Mad Queen and slaughtered her. It was high time someone had. Athena was reckless, and Soliel had nearly lost her tongue and potentially her head at the meeting before the war. How silly to think they'd gone to war simply because their Queen allowed a dangerous man into their home and allowed him to share her den in a night of love making which only brought her downfall. The children she bore were taken away, again, rightfully. Soliel herself had feared for their safety, and now it seemed she was right in her thinking. Helene was spiraling downward after witnessing her mothers murder. Surely anyone would after witnessing that, hell, she'd watched her mate die in her own flames and it nearly killed her.
Her ranking was seemingly useless at the time, though for now she enjoyed the time she had to herself. When there were children, it only was a cruel reminder of the ones she could have had. She had all but given up on having any. No one bothered her, no one glanced her way besides Icarus and Shiranui. Icarus originally had peaked her interests, but he was too cold for her liking. She wanted passion, burning love. Something she hoped she could find once more. Her new appearance had her feeling better. She was the embodiment of the sun itself, it seemed fitting to her. An explosive woman with a firey appearance. She finally felt at peace with her appearance, maintaining it as much as she could to be as bright and brilliant as possible.
Hearing Swallowtails call, her audits perked. Perhaps this was the perfect chance to show off her new appearance, catch some attention that she lacked for the past couple of months. Her limbs gracefully carried her into the clearing, her head raised a little as she trotted to a specific spot a ways away from the other women who gathered. She sat on her rump gently, curling her sun fire plume around her paws before dipping her head. Her soft yellow eyes attempted to lock with the Queens. "Queen Swallowtail, I hope all is well?" She asked, hoping she would stick true to her word and not meddle in the ongoing wars raging to the East and South.
