The orca felt so free, able to roam the seas as he pleased in this new land. He swam about in the ocean for quite some time, just thinking of all he had in his life. He was in a completely new place, yet he was destined to be an Alpha. When his grandfather died, his mother had become Queen and selected him as her heir. He had been trained for quite some time to be this high and mighty King, yet he now had no throne. Surely his siblings would be glad to fill the spot, but what was he to do now?
His heart had a pang of pain, he had left Alaska behind. His soon to be Queen, to rule beside him. She was to carry his heirs, and they had even picked out names. Well, two at least. Hansha and Hikari. He felt a shred of guilt for what could have been. He sighed as he reached the waters surface, dragging himself onto a lush and lone island off of the beach of this new land. His new tail was certainly interesting, but what struck him more was the way it began to disappear as he dried in the sun.
The black and white male had to brush it off, a dorsal fin sticking still between his shoulders. What else was he to do but start a new life for him here? He wandered inland, finding a stone jutting out of the sandy earth. A smile graced his lips as his head fell back in a song. "Come forth to Ranjord, welcoming to all who can brave the waves." He sat onto the stone throne, his plume curling around the stone. He was proud of himself, hoping to make a good king and teach those of what he learned. Maybe leaving out some bits, but nevertheless, a good King.
Walk, "Talk", Think.
"We can still survive . . ."
