in the memories i keep of you
Everything was uncertain in the moment. The Goddess had lost her mother, and her father seemed to be falling behind shortly. He had grown ill, getting an infection from a loss of his limb in the war. Even she did not know a remedy. Her family once whole and huge seemed to be falling to shambles. Now rumor had it she was to be married off to another, potentially of Drekistone. A child of the terrifying Dragon and the Vampire Queens own daughter seemed a quaking and terrifying experience. Yet the Goddess held her composure, wanting only to find safety in the uncertainty of it all.
Her pelt of reds and earthy tones mixed with her mothers snowy white held to the sky for a while. It was peaceful, all in all no one would bother her in the sky above. Yet deep in her thoughts, she had the nagging feeling of anxiety. She just wanted to fix everyone and everything. To put the pieces of their shattered home back together in any way she could. Her icy eyes set on the outskirts of Sabertooth, closer to the mainland before she landed in the lightly powdered snowy grass of her homeland. Would she need to one day give up her home? She let out a soft sigh, a voice from behind her catching her off guard as she spun to meet the eyes of who this was. “Can I join your pack? My family got killed, and I was born outside of a pack. I really need to find somewhere to stay safe.”
A child of Faerydae decent, unlike anything she had seen here. She didn't smell of Sabertooth either, which concerned the goddess. Had a more impatient wolf been here, or had this not been Sabertooth, the child could have met a grim fate. "Hello, little one." She started before sitting on the cold ground. Her wings rested on her back and her antlers high as she watched the little pup carefully. "You must be careful walking into packs you're not affiliated with, it's not safe. Trespassing actually, which can get you killed . . . But it's just me and you here, so it'll be our little secret." She gave the child a warm smile. "We would never turn away a child, Sabertooth despite it's name is very friendly. I'm Achelois, I'm the Theta of the pack and daughter of the alphas. What's your name?"
Walk, "Talk", Think.
