I don't even have a kid in high school anymore but keep up with the sport because we love it. The families that I know that transferred to CV DID move and I applaud them for doing what they think is best for their kids. There is another amazing wrestling family that moved their stud to Newberg this year. Good for them. It's where they want to be and good for them for being able to do so.
If it means that much to the family and kid to put themselves in a spot they feel better and happier, good for them. This will never stop and shouldn't. Don't think this doesn't happen in OH, NJ and PA, where wrestling is much bigger than here. It absolutely does and it will work out for some. But for others it won't. That's life and America. not everyone gets to win. That's what we found out and still wouldn't change anything that we did. This is reality, sorry that many get butthurt over that. Not everyone in life wins and those lessons are just as great. Disappointing but great. That is what this sport is all about. Let your kids learn how to win and lose, not b###h about what they can't change.
