First off, hats off to the coaches who sacrificed so much to help develop and prepare our stateís wrestlers. You make a huge sacrifice to provide a great opportunity for our kids. I found this interview interesting: https://www.flowrestling.org/video/6541909-ryan-morningstar-is-fired-up-about-iowas-home-schedule-this-year. Iowa is not the only D-1 program that has coaches on national teams. Why doesnít Oregon State get more involved at the lower levels? No coaching clinics? No national team coaches? Assistant coaches donít do clinic circuits like a lot college coaches do?
