Can you explain to me switching high school programs to have better partners so you can improve your wrestling for the future but you do not believe that being in a better college program would do the same thing?
Do you believe that every wrestler at Ohio State came into the program ready to compete at the highest level or do you believe that most work there ass off to make the starting line up?
I started my Freshman year, lost every match and never saw a varsity match. Instead of quieting or going and doing something that I would be more successful at I worked my tail off, got better and paid for my education with it.
I agree that the great wrestlers you are talking about are not ready to compete right now for a starting spot as Freshman but in no way would I say that they have a small chance of every making it. They have the ability to improve there skills just like every kid across the nation or they can "stay in there own lane" and settle with the skills they have.
