Governor says there will be no contact sports until a vaccine or treatment is found. Which means It could be a long time before we ever compete again and forced vaccinations or nothing.

Another issue is leaders thinking that if football competes then we will. That is dumb. Football has numbers, money and power. It is no sweat off OSAA or schools if wrestling just goes away. None. I’d be shocked if there is more than 10 ADs in Oregon actually fighting for wrestling’s return.

There is an online movement to try and do something but the issue is, they want to tip toe around things and not really address the real issue, which is our lame governor and her all or nothing policies. And never mind that there really isn’t anyone fighting for wrestling to compete in high school next year. Meanwhile WA, ID, MT and UT are competing or planning on competing soon. Oregon isn’t doing shit.
