And yes, Brown was appointed the first time replacing a very corrupt Kitzhaber. Now we have an even more corrupt Kate Brown. Also keep in mind, she did not get voted back in by a very large margin. It was a very close race showing that there is starting to be a swing of voters in Oregon.
