I have yet to hear a good answer - or really any for that matter - as to why over half the counties in Oregon based on numbers could open school, but Brown is laying down a blanket policy for the whole state. Many states are going county by county...such as Idaho. We have 4 counties around us going face to face in the building with all kids, while the larger counties are starting online for the first 2 weeks and re-addressing every two weeks after that. Why is that so hard?
