Man that sucks.... I have heard a lot of horror stories involving FLO subscriptions. There are multiple threads on national message boards dedicated to this very topic. Sorry, don't have an answer, but I know you are one of many and I know they suck when it comes to this.

They are also now facing a lot of competition (WIlllie vs Flo) for services so maybe ether are now going back and seeing what they can skim off the bottom from canceled subscriptions. Low...very low.
