Half the guys on the list are Oregon kids which means they may be getting a lot of in state academic/need money and not technically using wrestling money. I have not heard if Turner coming back is a for sure thing. One of those out of state guys is pretty smart and I wouldn't be surprised if he was getting his money from academics.
