Look at the WalMart model to see how it'll work. Drive out or buy up competition, then jack up rates because there is no one to compete with. Rinse and repeat.
I told Brad Garrett years ago when the OSAA forced teams to use Track at every teams expense, I said "what happens when Flo tries to take over the system due to competition?" He said that would never happen.
