Agreed 100% there are some great kids and good coaches in the Pac 12 but as a conference it pales in comparison to the Pac 10 of the 90s and early 2000s. Big 10 contributes between a third sometimes almost a half of every NCAA bracket while the Pac 12 kids are forced to fight for table scraps. A combination of one slip up at the Pac 12 tourney and the fact that wrestling eachother does nothing to boost at large bids leaves Pac 12 kids at a real disadvantage. From the looks of OSU schedule this year they've made some moves to up their level of competition outside the Pac 12 hopefully that pays off for them.
