Some of my friends listen to various podcasts like these, and someone watches streams of games on Twitch. I'm not interested. If some game attracted me, I just play it and thus get distracted from work and other things. By the way, not so long ago I found gamesgo where there is a large selection of free games online, among which you can definitely find what you like. The perfect pastime in my opinion.
