Challenge cup should be 1 team out of each division. All paid by Utah. If you’re sending out teams to represent you SHOULD have to pay for it all. Minus food and other activities you chose to do. Tournament fee, stay, flight should all be included. Never been apart of an organization that doesn’t pay full expenses if they are sending you out to represent for a sport, however it seems like Utah just wants to send out multiple teams which is cool but a lot of people will need to do some sort of fundraising to help out.
