Tim sent out an email vaguely asking all of us to look at the website with further value context that there have been updates to rules, conduct etc. We all would have appreciated if changes were clearly defined in writing instead of leaving us to crawl through a poorly managed, poorly built website.

All I am seeing are typos, rules which contradict one another, language from other states etc.

"For USSSA Washington to be able to deal fairly with these situations, a protest should be filed at the tournament. Failure to report the incident to the TD will make it very difficult to hand out penalties."

"If the ejection occurs prior to the 5th inning, the participant may play the next game as long as the participant leaves the game without additional incident and does not commit any other code of conduct violations (see Post Ejection Conduct below).
If the ejection occurs after the 4th inning the participant is suspended for the next game."

There is also language around a player review board - who is on this board? Who is on the Ethics Committee - this seems like more borrowed language because we all know Tim acts unilaterally.

Utah only has one GSL Qualifier, but we are required to play in three USSSA Tournaments to play GSL World. Stupid.

Dude is a joke. When are the people who apparently have information about shady business, under the table deals or other misconduct going to come forward. Tim needs to go.
