Take a look at the old Cleggs teams. They would take a year off, and then re-rank, and win D Worlds. Many of the Cracker Jack players used to be part of the Empire teams that were bumped. Besides Abra/CSC, Nova/C7, and D2, it seems that no one is willing to play up. I understand that traveling to Florida can be costly, but we need to make some changes to the ranking. system
