I have had problems with Microsoft. When I hit the key to go to my email, Microsoft pops up and I can't get into my email..Mari fixed it for me a couple weeks ago but it happened again yesterday afternoon, Today I still couldn't get into my email so I tried going back to Outlook and it asked a few questions and wanted my PW..I tried that ater trying so many other things and it worked. I can get to my emil.. Don't know why Microsoft kept popping up..
