Did anyone have some really nasty storms night before last. We were very fortunate they weren't worse than they were. We had all the sirens going off and headed for the basement. I've never seen more lightning in my life. Scary business.
You know that $85,000 wheelchair equipped van my son and family were gifted with? TOAST! Their older son's car? Destroyed (Not much of a tragedy) and the garage, roof, and some structural stuff also damaged. Those kids have had to deal with SO much, and now this. The van had only 3000 miles on it, and you know they will take a massive financial hit on it. My hear just aches for them. They get a beautiful new van, and POOF! gone. Just move in to their new home, and POOF! Mor damage. Life can certainly suck at times.
