Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce, (I use Kikkoman's)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring, over med-high heat.
When it starts to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes between 2/3 and 3/4 cup.
