I was in Safeway today. A couple had a puppy in their shopping cart. Signs are posted saying service animals only. I would like to see it enforced, animals do not need to be in grocery carts. Leave them home do not bring them in stores unless they are service animals, not just companions or emotional support dogs. To many people call their dogs support dogs when they are not. You can even order vests for them.
