Thats not true; in 1964, two of the girls from the London office would regularly spend a few nights on the Mi Amigo for admin' and record library work. They were on board during the week the ship was sent closer to London - it proved to be too rough.
Also, Captain Meyer had his wife Irene living on board too, doubling as a cook.
