Uganda's Parliament has passed another sweeping bill criminalizing LBGTQ peoplel, allowing for the death sentence in certain cases.
The new law appears to be the first to outlaw even identifying as LGBTQ, carrying a penalty of up to 20 years in prison. It also targets HIV-positive people who engage in same-sex relations with the death penalty, bans the so-called promotion of homosexuality, and declares all same-sex conduct as nonconsensual.

well, I guess Kris Columbus will not be visiting Uganda any time soon and he'll use his powerful friends in Washington, DC., to put pressure on Uganda's gov't to reject that bill or even threaten to ban President Museveni from traveling to the United States. We'll see...
Anyway, many African nations are rejecting WEstern efforts to normalize homosexual activity in their countries-- it's simply not part of Africa's history & culture.
I remember President Obama threatening to cut off AID to AFrica if the continent does not support and normalize Gay and Lesbian sexual activity etc etc
