LOL, they see how Russia & China are making great headway in their relationship with Africa so President Biden and his administration is putting on a charm offensive to win friends on the continent..
BUT IT WON'T WORK, especially sending a mix-raced Black woman like Kamala Harris to places like Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia. We don't even like Kamala Harris in the United States, so what makes them think she'd be warmly greeted on the continent?
