A lot more common than you may think....
I've been reading lately about settlements between cities and the victims of police malfeasance... In exchange for the money provided, the victim must sign a document that they will not only not disclose the amount of the settlement, but may not even talk about the actions of the violating police officer. Is this OK to you? My gut is that it is not.
