When you are given the trespass warning, you leave. At that point there is NO crime. But if you refuse, you can be arrested. It doesn't matter one bit WHY the property owner trespassed you. It ALSO doesn't matter one but WHY you trespassed. There are plenty of places where you can LEGALLY engage in protest without ALSO engaging in trespass. Now, if you WANT to be arrested in an act of civil disobedience, that's fine. But you don't get to play the victim when that is the course of action you choose.
