Debating going with an online option or just going to the local bank that holds our regular mortgage. (Would prefer a 0% financing option like a short-term credit card offer, or through our contracter, but we will probably need longer than 24 months to pay it off, so will have to go with a longer-term option, despite interest rates being shitty right now.)
