I agree that different dog parks might be filled with different degrees of abnormal behaving dogs that you might want to avoid. But if you want a socialized dog that need to be interacting with dogs on a regular basis when they are young. My dog spent the first year of her life spending an hour at Prospect Park running free with other dogs. And those dogs were all mostly extremely normalized with interacting with other dogs.
