That said, I tried a different routine Friday AM that i have done before (though not for some time) which includes bodyweight squats, lunges, and jumping jacks. Not great. Almost couldn't walk all weekend my legs were so sore, but that OK as now they should be ready for more. Problem is I've got something screwed up in my foot and it's swollen. Still walking with a bit of a limp. Any impact exercises (jumping jacks, etc.) are going to be out for some time. Edit: Need to get lifting. Elliptical has been burning some calories, but need to add at least dumbbell lifting at home as well. Trying to get better with eating. Easier to do on weekdays than weekends. Saturday evening was pizza & beer. Previous Message My workouts are going great, even started doing squats and deadlifts again. I have just been too busy to really lose weight, this will be the same. I have dinner out three times, a bulls game, bowling, a big gala on Saturday, and then the Super Bowl on Sunday. Hoping to really ramp up the weight loss after that.
