therapy, medicine, lifestyle changes. Many therapists now do telehealth sessions as well which is quite useful in keeping people in therapy without the need to schedule work time off if that is ever an issue. Previous Message I've been working with a therapist for the past few months now on depression and anxiety (which I've had for well, most of my life), and she has recommended that a SSRI might help me with both and supplement the CBT I've been (trying) to do. I understand if folks are hesitant to respond publicly here, so if you want to PM me instead, please do.
