Then finish with a half hour of cardio / elliptical. Lifting sometimes goes a little longer if I work with a gym partner vs solo. Previous Message Not in the challenge, but I’ve managed to stick with the plan I started in early December and I’m now down over 20 lbs. Probably more than that in fat because I’m lifting 5 days a week and started back on creatine. Should be back where I was before Covid by the end of summer.
