This Saturday, I am changing the 9:30am yoga class to a fitness class which still will happen at KaiZen gym (formerly known as Activos).
When you arrive you pay at the front desk and then come upstairs. The class is 50 minutes long and costs 60 pesos.
Here is a description of what it is:
up. We start with a light stretch and fun cardio dance segment to get the heart rate up and then transition to body weight exercises through a few of the following:
~ Drills (speed y agility)
~ Circuits (different muscle group focus with little breaks between)
~ Partner work (teamwork motivation)
~ Mat work (core exercise)
~ Active floor work (lower body exercises)
Challenge yourself safely and have fun exploring your body's capabilities. Modifications are provided for people to access the exercises at their level.
We end with a longer stretching segment to enhance personal flexibility and prevent soreness for the next day.
Wear exercise shoes and bring a towel & water bottle.
