First, there are posters notorious for randomly changing their handle. So, unless they have a static IP or you are very good at spotting linguists or a pattern of behavior, you cannot know who the person is.

Second, some posters use proxy servers, so again, you cannot tell who they are unless you recognize word patterns and usage,

Third, do you really think Ken has time to review every IP address and make a who's who list? Wanna pay him for that?

Fourth, in over 20 years, I have NEVER seen Ken "call in" anyone.

Really, get a different person to throw mud at.
