I think you are confused about what that actually means.

The word 'discussion' might be the operator but you appear to believe that you should be able to run around insulting posters - although I have to admit that I have had conversations with you that I very much enjoy and your insults don't phase me - BUT "discussion" is not really defined as you being able to say the most outrageous insults and the posters you insult are just supposed to take it. That's no fun.
