Raise their taxes, obviously.
The upper bracket used to be 80-90% in the late '40s, early '50s. When I was a kid in the '60s, we had THREE billionaires (Hunt and Hughes were two of them). OK, inflation, I get it. But still. Why should a democratic country based on equality tolerate vast differences in wealth? Why do you defend the 'rights' of people who could buy and sell you thousand times over?
