Can yacht builders switch to making affordable homes instead?

I think my state has regulations that get in the way of building affordable housing. We should remove those useless regulations and raise taxes on yachts.
Jeff Bezos got rich selling good stuff on Amazon. That helps the poor. Walmart helps the poor by selling good low priced stuff and their owners are rich. Why doesn't someone decide to get rich by starting an affordable housing company?
Elon Musk does not own a yacht, and he sold me a car I am very happy with. I don't want to raise his taxes.
