the behavior I am seeing is very worrying. It is one thing to represent an idea, but another to find any way, legal or not, to impose that idea.

there's a sense that not much thought is going into things. Hey, let's offer huge sign-on bonuses and meeting quotas for ICE, which is a good example. This is NOT savings.

Do we need a gilded ballroom? Did we need to tear up the rose garden and make it into a cheap-looking patio?

I am not trying to be confrontational, but I feel like we're looking at things from different perspectives.
