While it is true that altering the text on a website does not constitute a legal change to the Constitution, the internet has become the new Encyclopedia Britannica (so to speak). This is the Library of Congress. It is a tad worrisome that such errors occured
Missing sections
Portions of Article I, Section 8: This section outlines the powers of Congress, including collecting taxes, raising an army and navy, regulating commerce, and establishing a national currency.
Sections 9 and 10 of Article I:
Section 9: This section limits congressional power. It includes a clause stating that Congress cannot suspend the right to habeas corpus, except in cases of rebellion or invasion when public safety requires it.
Section 10: This section places restrictions on the actions of individual states, such as preventing them from entering into treaties or establishing their own currencies.
