The powers that be have turned it into a rat's nest. Time to clean it up.
By rationalizing that crime is at a 30 year low, Miss Cox is, in essence, saying that crime is at an acceptable level and nothing more should be done.
I don't think she is very bright ... just overly opinionated and biased. She fails to justify her elite education. More mouth than brains.
