Private detention facility contractors like GEO Group, CoreCivic, etc., and likely the main beneficiaries.

I should be clear that I have no problem whatsoever with targeting dangerous criminals (and detaining them in private-sector facilities if that's needed). However, while targeting people whose only offense is undocumented entry and residence is legally legitimate, I think making it a priority is a poor decision, an unwise expenditure of resources. I also object to the slipshod execution that has taken place on so many occasions.
