take my second vote As far as other countries...look how well that is working out for them. Specifically Ireland. If it wasn't a means to cheat - the democrats would not be pushing for it. As far as examples in the United States...take a peek at Alaska. Whoever you might have wanted to win the election - that was some chit. The lowest vote count candidate had their votes re-apportioned to Murkowski if she was their second or third choice. It is unlikely Murkowski would have won in a head to head with Tshibaka.
