California has an Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission. We should keep it.
https://wedrawthelines.ca.gov/ In 2010, the VOTERS FIRST Act for Congress added the responsibility of drawing Congressional districts to the Commission. Trump is an immature authoritarian who is dragging other politicians down into the mud with him.
