Oh, and three weeks ago, because he can't get enough of getting his ass handed to him in Texas, he has filed to block the latest congressional map - the one the state legislature had to fix from when he forked it up to create two 'extra special' districts. Elias don't come cheap - so let's hope the Dems don't blow all the dwindling coffers on his fees.
