we were promised ICE would go after the worst of the worst that is obviously not true

They are using excessive force, profiling, not identifying, or not having warrants. This means two things. First, anyone can pretend to be ICE, and that is already happening a lot. Second, ICE can pretty much do whatever the hell they want without consequence.

Some actual citizens are being arrested and detained often because ICE is too damn lazy to do an actual background check.

This reflects an administration who basically says "we'll do whatever we want to whomever we want until we get OUR WAY." (and yes, Trump said something to that effect very recently)

I would have no issue with ICE if this was being handled lawfully, not hiring nearly anyone who applies, and NOT offering a bounty (again that encourages abuse).

I feel badly that an intelligent man like you would think this is somehow okay.
